Request for Proposals: Qualified contractor to assist in coordinating the Regional Network to Address Homelessness
Barnstable County, through its Chief Procurement Officer and on behalf of the Department of Human Services, seeks a qualified contractor to assist the Department in coordinating the “Regional Network to Address Homelessness” in Barnstable County.
Proposals will be received at the Superior Courthouse, Office of the County Commissioners, Purchasing Department, 3195 Main St., P.O. Box 427, Barnstable, MA 02630 on or before Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. No exceptions will be allowed. One original and four (4) copies of each proposal shall be submitted. NO faxed submissions will be accepted. Proposers must submit separate price and technical (non-price) proposals. Sealed envelopes containing proposals shall be clearly marked: “Attention: Department of Human Services, RNEH, Non-Price Proposal” and “Attention: RNEH, Department of Human Services, Cost Proposal”)
