The Massachusetts Healthy Aging Data Report: Community Profiles 2015 from Tufts Health Plan Foundation is now available. This resource helps those working in communities better understand the risks facing older adults. This year’s report includes 39 new indicators of health and in-depth data analyses about the health of older citizens in each of the 351 cities and towns of Massachusetts. An infographic highlighting some of the key findings of the report is also available.
