Town of Falmouth Human Services Committee is accepting applications for a program to address homelessness in Falmouth during the upcoming winter season. The funds are available to an organization or partnership who can successfully shelter up to 12 individuals from Falmouth who are homeless at any time during the winter months of December 1, 2016, through March 15, 2017. Professional case management services must also be provided to sheltered persons in order to develop individual housing plans and assist toward housing stabilization.
