Alzheimer’s Family Support Center of Cape Cod, in partnership with Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee, will host the conference “A Positive Approach to Person-Centered Dementia Care” with Teepa Snow on Friday, April 27th from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Teepa Snow has worked for over 30 years as a registered occupational therapist and is one of the nation’s leading dementia care educators. This free beginner- to intermediate-level conference is designed for caregivers and dementia care professionals. Six continuing education hours are available for commonwealth educators. The event will be held at St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church, located at 1130 Falmouth Road in Centerville.
