HUD Continuum of Care NOFA Released – Cape and Islands CoC Information Sessions Scheduled for Friday July 13, 2018

Dear Regional Network Policy Board, CoC grantees, and interested parties,

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has recently released the 2018 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition Notice of Funding Availability. The NOFA and related documents can be found at https://www.hudexchange.info/resource/5719/fy-2018-coc-program-nofa/.    The Cape & Islands CoC has $1,803,099.00 in available funds and is accepting new and renewal CoC project applications for the FY18 consolidated application.  The attached document outlines this year’s timeline and application process and an update on what’s new in the FY 18 competition.   Please be aware that the deadline for submission of new and renewal project applications into e-snaps is August 16, 2018 6PM and the consolidated application is due by September 18, 2018.

On Friday July 13, 2018 the Collaborative Applicant for the CoC, Barnstable County Department of Human Services, will hold information sessions for new and renewal projects:

  • Renewal Projects: 9:00 AM
  • New Projects:  9:30 AM

Location: Innovation Conference Room, Barnstable County Complex. Innovation Room is located in the Open Cape Building, to the left of the old jailhouse, at the top of the hill at the Barnstable County Complex.
