Locate Services On Cape Cod And The Islands
Need help finding or linking to health and human services?Over the last four years, working with federal and County funding, a group of designers, community members and providers of healthcare and human services have worked to develop a searchable database of the health and human services available to anyone on Cape Cod and the Islands.
The site is maintained by the Department of Human Services, but we rely on the community and provider groups and agencies to add themselves to the database. So, it's truly a community resource, developed and made valuable by the community.
There are currenly over 500 services listed, and this list is searchable by "key word" as well as type of service.
If you are a provider of services and are not in this database, it's easy to register your services. Just click below, enter the Lighthouse HelpSite, and select "Providers" from the left hand menu to register your agency and your services.[Don't forget to "save" your entry when finished!]
