Navigating the Long Term Services and Supports System for Older Adults & People with Disabilities Forum scheduled for Friday, May 10, 2013 at the Cape Codder Resort, Hyannis, MA from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. This forum is the second in a series of aging and disability forums hosted by the Barnstable County Department of Human Services. The forum will highlight the local long term services and supports systems. This event is for anyone interest in learning more about the long term service systems on Cape Cod. 3 CEU’s available for RNs, SWs and LMHCs. Continental breakfast will be served beginning at 8:30 a.m.
