The Cape Cod Behavioral Health Steering Committee presents: the Cape Cod and Islands 1st Annual Behavioral Health Summit: Building Bridges to Recovery on Friday, October 4, 2013 at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, 287 Iyannough Rd (Rte 28), Hyannis, MA. This endeavor will provide opportunities for networking and bridges the gaps in our community service system that create barriers to achieving sustained recovery of the people in need of services.
