Harbor Community Health Center, Hyannis & YMCA Hosts Living Well with Diabetes

Harbor Community Health Center, Hyannis and the YMCA Cape Cod host a free afternoon of fun focused on preventing and living well with diabetes on Thursday, November 14th. The child-friendly program includes family Zumba and yoga classes, as well as games, health and nutrition workshops. Vision, dental and other medical screenings will be available along with an astounding “Sugar Shock” presentation from WIC and a visit from one of the West Barnstable Fire Department’s emergency vehicles.
A healthy dinner to go will be provided to those who complete the Diabetes Challenge. Join the fun at the YMCA, 2245 Iyannough Rd, Route 132, West Barnstable, from 4:30 – 7:30 PM on November 14th. Registration is not necessary but you may call 508/362-6500 or 508/778-5499. View Flyer
