Every year we receive calls and emails from people who want to volunteer during the holiday season, and every year there are hundreds of volunteer opportunities available around Cape Cod. But quickly matching an eager volunteer to a great opportunity isn’t always easy. This year, Cape Cod Volunteers is leading the way by compiling holiday volunteer activities on their website!
Does your organization have volunteer opportunities during the holiday season that you would like to promote? Do you know about any holiday volunteer opportunities that exist in the community? If the answer is yes, please post the opportunity on the Cape Cod Volunteers website or send them an email with the following information:
- Name of the organization and/or event
- Date(s) and time(s) of event/volunteer opportunity
- Location of event/volunteer opportunity
- Name of contact person with e-mail and phone
- Number of volunteers needed
- Type of opportunity (briefly, what will the volunteers be doing)
