The Cape Cod Military, Veteran and Family Collaborative held its second annual summit on October 16, 2015. The Collaborative currently represents 55 groups serving our military community in the areas of Family Support, Health, Housing, Education, Jobs and Bereavement as well as 20 veteran-friendly businesses with an on-line listing of the network of organizations and agencies (www.capecodveteransdirectory.com). The goal is to collaborate between groups to reach as many military members and their families as possible and make navigation of services as easy and comprehensive as possible to serve the changing needs of our heroes. The website will continue to evolve to include as many groups as possible, making Cape Cod a premier military friendly community.
