Ounce of Prevention Award Nomination Deadline

Please SAVE-THE-DATE: April 12, 2016 for the upcoming Ounce of Prevention Conference sponsored by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. The Ounce of Prevention 2016 Conference Planning Committee invites nominations for the following Awards:  Commissioner’s Leadership Award, 2016 Emerging Leader Award and the Peter R. Lee Communities Award.  The deadline to submit nomination forms is March 1, 2016.
