Mass. Rental Voucher Program Deadline April 19, 2016
Ten Massachusetts Rental Vouchers (MRVPs) are available for chronically homeless individuals in any Cape & Islands Continuum of Care community. Coordinated entry applications are being used to establish eligibility and are available by contacting Georganna Reed at 508-771-5400 ext. 227 or greed@haconcapecod.org. The deadline for receipt of applications for the MRVPs to Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC) is April 19, 2016 at 5PM. Cape and Islands Continuum of Care providers include: Housing Assistance Corp (HAC) (Housing services), Duffy Health Center (Healthcare for the Homeless), Vinfen (Homeless Outreach to Seriously Mentally Ill), Housing Authorities (Bourne to Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket), Homeless Prevention Council, Cape Veterans Outreach Center, Champ Homes (Housing), Homeless Not Hopeless (Transitional housing), AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod, Elder Services of Cape & Islands, Cape Cod Council of Churches, Salvation Army, MA Department of Mental Health, Eliot Human Services (Shelter Outreach), NAMI, Falmouth Human Services, Community Action Committee of Cape & Islands, Cape Cod Healthcare, and Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe.
