1st Annual “Excellence in Behavioral Health Service Award” Nominations
The Behavioral Health Provider Coalition of Cape Cod and the Islands is proud to announce the “Excellence in Behavioral Health Service Award”, to be presented at the Fourth Annual Cape Cod Behavioral Health Summit. The award is designed to recognize the hard work and dedication of direct care and/or support-level workers in behavioral health organizations that serve the communities on Cape Cod and the Islands.
The Coalition is now accepting nominations at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HSSRX7F. Nominees must have made an outstanding contribution, positively impacted the lives of their clients/residents/consumers, or made a significant impact in the Cape and Islands community. Details are available on the nomination form.
All nominations will be reviewed by the Steering Committee of the Behavioral Health Provider Coalition. The award will be presented at the Fourth Annual Behavioral Health Summit: Milestones of Behavioral Health: A look at the science and lived experience of behavioral health across the lifespan on October 7th, 2016. The deadline for nominations is August 10, 2016.
