Samantha Kossow, Coordinator of Regional Substance Abuse Council (RSAC), and Lisa Guyon, Director of Community Benefits, Cape Cod Healthcare (CCHC) presented on RSAC, its collaborative work with the Barnstable County’s Department of Humans Services and CCHC, and RSAC resources to CCHC’s Behavioral Health Center programs.
