The Alzheimer’s Family Support Center of Cape Cod is offering the NYU Caregiver Intervention (NYUCI) program that provides free counseling and support to caregivers and their families. The Center is looking for eligible participants who are living with a spouse or partner with memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease, or a related dementia and have at least one family member who could participate via video teleconferencing.  To learn more, view flyer or visit www.alzheimerscapecod.com.
