Healthy Parks, Healthy People Program, a partnership between Cape Cod Healthcare and the Cape Cod National Seashore, is a free exercise program that promotes walking as a way to achieve better health. The program runs seven days a week, and on weekday mornings a medical professional is on-hand to take blood pressure and perform basic medical screenings. On Tuesdays, walks and talks with physicians and other wellness professionals are scheduled. All programs are free and open to the public.
