RFP Issued for Continuum of Care Planning & Implementation of a Coordinated Entry System (CES)

Barnstable County, Massachusetts, through its Chief Procurement Officer and on behalf of the Department of Human Services is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide services for Continuum of Care Planning & Implementation of a Coordinated Entry System (CES). Barnstable County, with staff support from the Department of Human Services, is the convening entity for the Cape and Islands Regional Network to Address Homelessness and the Collaborative Applicant (CA) for Continuum of Care (CoC). The Regional Network/CoC is comprised of an Executive Committee, a Policy Board, and several committees. In order for the Regional Network/CoC to provide a comprehensive, well-coordinated planning & coordinated entry system for homeless, Barnstable County Department of Human Services (CoC Collaborative Applicant) seeks a grant funded contracted Planning & CES Grant Coordinator.
Proposals will be received at the Superior Court House, Office of the County Commissioners, Purchasing Department, 3195 Main Street, P.O. Box 427, Barnstable, MA 02630, on or before October 25, 2016 10:00AM. No exceptions. The RFP is available at http://purchasing.barnstablecounty.org/services/.
