CONNECT Cape Cod: A Comprehensive Community Resource
CONNECT Cape Cod is a web-based central access point for community resources and information. The comprehensive website provides data, knowledge and interactive tools for effective collaboration among nonprofits, government, funders, and other stakeholders about a wide range of issues which impact the quality of life on Cape Cod.  CONNECT Cape Cod encompasses our entire community, not just one sector, and links you to local organizations, comprehensive data of Cape Cod’s nonprofit sector, and opportunities.  Timely issues are highlighted with links to information and service providers.

The Cape Cod Foundation is a member of  The Barnstable County Health & Human Services Advisory Council (HHSAC) which is comprised of representatives and alternates who are appointed by the Barnstable County Commissioners for three-year terms.  As shown in the HHSAC Organizational Chart 8-12-16 
, the Advisory Council membership is comprised of broad community representation of the major constituencies.
