Continuum of Care Planning RFP
Barnstable County, Massachusetts, through its Chief Procurement Officer and on behalf of the Department of Human Services is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide services for Continuum of Care Planning. Barnstable County Department of Human Services is the convening entity for the Cape and Islands Regional Network to Address Homelessness and the Collaborative Applicant (CA) for Continuum of Care (CoC). The Regional Network/CoC is comprised of an Executive Committee, a Policy Board, and several committees. In order for the Regional Network/CoC to provide well – coordinated planning activities required by HUD’s Hearth Act- Interim Rule, Barnstable County Department of Human Services (CoC Collaborative Applicant) seeks a grant funded contracted Planning Coordinator.
