Job Announcement – Continuum of Care Grant Program
Barnstable County Department of Human Services seeks a full-time Program Manager to manage the Continuum of Care program. Professional and technical work in planning and implementing grant-funded programs in accordance with Countyâs goals and state and federal requirements. Masterâs Degree in public administration or related field and five yearsâ experience in program administration, housing, and homeless programs, demonstrated budget development, program monitoring, and compliance experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Continuum of Care (CoC) Grant Program is a homeless assistance program administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act. HUDâs 2016 Policy Priorities are to: create a systematic response to homelessness; strategically allocate resources; end chronic, youth, veteran, and family homelessness with a Housing First Approach.
