Barnstable County is Hiring a HOME Program Manager

Barnstable County seeks a full time grant Program Manager. Master’s Degree in public administration or related field and five years’ experience in program administration, affordable housing development, and underwriting/financial analysis; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position will provide administrative management and oversight of federally funded HOME program. Knowledge of state and federal programs relating to affordable housing development preferred. Annual salary $68,974.36.
