HOME Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2019 – 8:30 AM at the Barnstable County Complex at the Innovation Conference Room at 3195 Main Street, Barnstable, MA 02630.
The HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) is a Federal block grant to state and local governments designed exclusively to create affordable housing for low-income households. HOME funds a wide range of activities including building, buying, and/or rehabilitating affordable housing for rent or home ownership or providing direct rental assistance to low-income people.
The purpose of the hearing is to obtain the comments and views of citizens, public agencies, community organizations, and other interested parties on Barnstable County housing needs, the scope of HOME program activities, and recommended allocation levels for HOME program activities.
