Recovery Coach Pre-certification and Wellness Training Program
Register now for an Information Session to learn how you can participate in Cape Cod Community College’s FREE (grant-funded) training program and start your career path to become a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach! Forty (40) hours of field work with a local employer is included in the program.
The Recovery Coach Academy and Wellness Training Program includes:
· Career Navigation, Resume Writing, and Interviewing Techniques
· Personal Finance and Budgeting Skills
· CPR/AED/First Aid and Mental Health First Aid Certifications
· Recovery Coach Academy Intensive 5-day Training and Addictions 101
· Cultural Competency, Motivational Interviewing and Ethical Considerations
· Introduction to Whole Health Action Management (WHAM)
This training program was developed for individuals in recovery (with at least 9 months of sobriety) and individuals with lived experience. All interested participants MUST attend an information session to be considered for enrollment in the program.
