Season of Change – Coping During Covid – A Virtual Town Hall Event

The Cape Cod COVID-19 Response Task Force and MassSupport Network are partnering for an online Town Hall event looking at the available programs and services available to people living on Cape Cod and the Islands. Season of Change, Coping During COVID will feature presentations on coping and self-care practices. The Town Hall will also allow attendees to ask questions of numerous Cape and Island service and assistance providers.

Discussion during the Town Hall will focus on specific issues facing the Cape and Islands, including isolation and the impact of seasonal work.

The Cape Cod COVID-19 Response Task Force

The Cape Cod COVID-19 Response Task Force (formerly the Cape Cod Reopening Task Force) was created to develop collaborative strategies for reopening Cape Cod. The goal of the Task Force is to support economic recovery while protecting the health and safety of our residents and visitors. The Cape Cod Reopening Task Force is led by the Cape & Islands Legislative Delegation, the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce and Barnstable County, with participation from Cape Cod Healthcare, municipal officials, first responders, community leaders and others.

The MassSupport Crisis Counseling Program (CCP) is funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and managed in partnership between the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health and Riverside Trauma Center, a program of Riverside Community Care.
