Be Part of an Important Community Impact Project on Cape Cod!
Be a part of creating a community of understanding and resilience on Cape Cod that welcomes and celebrates families of different heritages, languages, and cultural backgrounds. This survey will help all of us understand who lives on the Cape, while giving everyone a chance to be heard, represented, and served.
Our goal is to gather information about Cape Codâs diverse families to meet the needs of its residents from around the globe who call Cape Cod home. One of ten projects selected in MA, this survey is designed to take 5-7 minutes, is confidential and anonymous. This survey is time sensitive – Please complete ASAP.
An optional raffle is included, if youâd like to enter to win a childrenâs book or a $25 gift card. Your contact info will only be used if you are a winner. You can opt out of the raffle when completing the survey.
In partnership with MA Dept. of Early Education and Care, Families First, and Cape Cod Childrenâs Place, three parent leaders from various nationalities accepted the responsibility to be âFamilies First Ambassadorsâ. They designed âCape Cod For Allâ, created, and will share, a demographic presentation with the results upon request. We appreciate your participation.
