Register for the 2016 Behavioral Health Provider Summit

Registration for the Behavioral Health Provider Coalition of Cape Cod and the Islands’s (BHPC) Fourth Annual Behavioral Health Summit is now open. This year’s Summit will showcase the “Milestones of Behavioral Health” – A look at the science and lived experience of behavioral health across the lifespan. The program will target our community’s most vulnerable populations and promises to inform and inspire health care providers of Cape Cod to participate and support better ways of providing services and caring for our community.

The Summit is for those who provide care or support services across the entirety of the behavioral health spectrum including physicians, psychologists, social workers, counselors, nurses, administrators, peer advocates, first responders, public safety, teachers and other health professionals serving children/adults and their families in our community.  Nursing, Physician, LICSW, LMHC, and EMS CEUs are available and seats are limited.


Barnstable County Department of Human Services supports behavioral health efforts through programs, technical assistance, and resources.  Human Services’ Behavioral Health website features mental health and substance abuse information, state and federal legislation, self-help guides, and local directory of related services.  Department Publications and Data web page provides critical documents, resources and related links, highlighting the Department’s repository of synthesized local data in original in-house publications and reports.
